Student Leadership Success at Carrington Training Ground Two Key Stage 3 students were given the opportunity to take part in the Sports Leaders Young Leaders Award at Carrington Training Ground. As part of the programme, the students planned and delivered a sports coaching session to the men’s first team. They demonstrated excellent leadership, confidence, and communication skills throughout the day and both successfully passed the course with flying colours. This was a fantastic experience and one that will inspire them in their future sporting and leadership journeys.
